Hawthorn Football Club is proud to support On the Boot - against childhood cancer at their annual Family Day to be held at Glenferrie Oval this Sunday 18 September.

Head along to the Hawks' spiritual home at Glenferrie from 12pm - 3pm for fun and festivities as well as your chance to meet Hawks captain and My Room Ambassor Luke Hodge along with Hawks players Jordan Lewis, Brent Guerra and David Hale and other AFL players.
