Ticketing information
This weekend’s match against Geelong is a member replacement game.
We strongly recommend that all members with entry entitlements purchase a daily reserved seat to guarantee their entry to the MCG. Without a reserved seat, general admission access is strictly subject to capacity.
Replacement game reserved seat members
For the first time in 2012, members can upgrade to a replacement game reserved seat for all four replacement games. Replacement game reserved seats are separate from home game reserved seats, and are located from Q15 to Q11 in the Southern Stand.
Members can upgrade by navigating to MCG Replacement Game Reserved Seating* through their MyHawks account, or alternatively call 13000 HAWKS (1300 042 957).
*Members must hold a Melbourne-based reserved seat membership with access to replacement games.
General Admission access
All 2012 Hawthorn members receive general admission access to Monday’s match, except for the following members:

Purchasing membership prior to match-day
Supporters looking to purchase a membership to gain entry to the MCG for this match must be aware that cards will not be mailed for memberships purchased after Friday 30 March. Members purchasing after this date will have their membership card available for collection at Gate 5 on match-day. Members collecting their membership cards are strongly advised to arrive early to avoid last-minute queues.
Purchasing membership on match-day
Memberships will be available to purchase at Gates 3 and 5.
The Club will not be able to issue entry tickets to members who forget to bring their membership card to the MCG.
What is a 'replacement game'?
With Hawthorn playing four of eleven home games in Tasmania, the Club has nominated MCG away games in Rounds 2, 6, 7 and 14 as General Admission replacement games for Hawthorn members with this entitlement. All members with replacement game entitlements will receive General Admission only. Your home game reserved seats will not be accessible for these matches.

Match-day charity
The Hawks are supporting Geelong’s nominated matchday charity at the upcoming Round 2 home game at the ‘G, Step Back Think.
Step Back Think was formed in the wake of the horrific injuries sustained by James Macready-Bryan in 2006. A single punch knocked MB to the ground where his head smashed against the pavement, resulting in catastrophic brain damage from which he will never recover.
