HawksTV Raw has captured the players during a physically gruelling cycling session in the gym at the Ricoh Centre.

"The purpose of the cycling session is to improve the players' aerobic capacity without the heavy impact of running and other exercises," Luke Boyd, Hawthorn's Strength and Conditioning Coach told HawksTV.

"We do it (cycle training) in-season as well, but not as frequently, as recovery time can become more critical from week-to-week," Boyd said.
