On June 21st, Open Family Australia will be conducting its Longest Night Appeal - raising awareness and funds to help our young people who are homeless and living on the streets. 

Open Family Australia provides Outreach support and services to young people at-risk and living on the streets. 

The Hawthorn Football Club are pleased to support the Appeal on June 21st and asks its supporters to think about the 36,000 young Australians who have nowhere permanent to sleep tonight. 

Open Family Australia’s Outreach workers will be very busy over the winter months linking these young people to services such as accommodation, counselling, health, legal and drug and alcohol programs.
