Col Austen Cup
Hawthorn and Richmond will play for the Col Austen Cup in Saturday’s match at the MCG.

Colin ‘Col’ Austen played 85 games for Hawthorn in the VFL between 1940 and 1949, before moving to Richmond where he played 51 games from 1950 to 1952. Austen is a member of Hawthorn’s Team of the Century and a Life Member of the Club. Hawthorn won last year’s Col Austen Cup with a 63-point win over Richmond at the MCG in Round 3.

Members should note this Saturday’s match against Richmond is not a designated replacement game. 

Only members with away game entitlements (19-game, junior) can obtain entry (subject to capacity).

Purchasing membership prior to match-day
Supporters looking to purchase membership to gain entry to the MCG for this match must be aware that cards will not be mailed for memberships purchased after Sunday 20 May.

Members purchasing after this date will have their membership card available for collection at Gate 3 on match-day. Members collecting membership cards are strongly advised to arrive early to avoid last-minute queues.
