Hawthorn’s Round 13 fixture has been revealed, with the Hawks set to celebrate Sir Doug Nicholls Round against Port Adelaide at Adelaide Oval.
The Hawks v Power clash is becoming a tradition in Sir Doug Nicholls Round, with 2020 to be the third consecutive season the two clubs have faced off during the round.
CEO Justin Reeves says it’s a tradition the club hopes will continue beyond this season.
“It’s fantastic to be building strong ties with Port Adelaide in regards to Sir Doug Nicholls Round,” Reeves said.
“Both clubs are passionate about Indigenous affairs, and we see this round as a great opportunity to showcase the important work being done in this area.
“We’ve also had some incredible Indigenous talents play at both clubs, including our own Shaun Burgoyne, Chad Wingard and Jarman Impey, all of whom will hopefully run out together to celebrate this special round.”
