In the spotlight this week is…

Ashleigh Jackson.

Ashleigh started with ESTA 18 years ago as a police call taker. She now works as a police dispatcher relaying crucial information, getting units to the scene and staying calm under immense pressure.

Her selfless work acting as a critical link between the community and emergency services has earned her a commendation from Victoria Police.

ESTA Assistant Centre Director Myra - who completed the nomination - says Ashleigh “take great pride in her role” and is passionate about keeping the community safe.
