Hawthorn has made two changes to its Round 18 side set to take on the Suns.
Captain Ben Stratton returns to the line up having overcome an ankle issue, with the Hawks set to farewell both he and Paul Puopolo following Sunday's clash.
While Hawthorn's season will be over at the final siren, GM-Football Graham Wright confirmed the Hawks still have plenty to play for.
"The players are looking forward to the opportunity to provide a fitting farewell to two club champions," Wright said.
"Despite finals not being on the cards in season 2020, it's really important for us to put in a strong performance and finish the season on a positive note and with momentum on our side."
James Frawley will also get the opportunity to farewell his premiership teammates, with the full back returning after missing last week with back soreness.
Dan Howe has been managed, after playing four games in a short period after overcoming a plantar fascia injury, while Finn Maginness has been omitted.
The match will also be the 15th consecutive year the Hawks have played for the Beyond Blue Cup - an initiative designed to shine a light on mental health; striving to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues and encouraging individuals to have meaningful conversations with their loved ones.
