Yesterday was an exciting day at Waverley Park, as the second to fourth year players officially returned to training. 

Spirits were high, with the young Hawks eager to kick their 2021 pre-season into gear following a difficult and disappointing 2020 season.

They weren't alone however, with several senior Hawks getting an early start on their 2021 campaigns. Peter Crimmins Medallist Jack Gunston, runner up Tom Mitchell and third-place getter Chad Wingard were among those who joined their young teammates, as well as veteran Shaun Burgoyne - ready for his 21st pre-season, Liam Shiels, Sam Frost, Dan Howe, Blake Hardwick, Jarman Impey and new recruit Kyle Hartigan.
