Natasha started playing football as a junior, with no female teams to move on to she went on to assisting with running and team trainer for her brothers’ team.

Natasha began coaching in 2017 as head coach of an Under 15 all girls team in the SEJ inaugural all girls league where the team went through the season undefeated and won the Grand Final. Natasha also won League Female Coach of the Year. Natasha continued to coach that team for the next three seasons winning one more flag in the following years under 18s competition. Interested in continuing her development and improving herself to help young girls realise their dreams, Natasha assisted the Dandenong Stingrays under 15 girls team as back line coach in the 2019 V Line Cup, she then went on to assist the under 16 Stingrays boys development squad as backline coach.  

In 2019 she was assigned the role of Development Coach in 2019 for the Casey Demons VFLW team.

Natasha completed her Level 2 Coaching Accreditation in 2019 and was also a part of the 2019/2020 She Can Coach program.

Outside of coaching, Natasha is a Business Category Manager for a national pharmacy group supporting community pharmacies all around the country.
