Hawthorn VFLW Development Coach Lou Wotton says the team is in for a tough week on the track in preparation for its Round 4 clash with Collingwood.
The Hawks were defeated by Essendon on the weekend to the tune of 28 points to fall to a one-win, two-loss record on the season.
Wotton warned that a repeat of the girls' lack of toughness in the contest against the Magpies this week would invariably cause another disappointing result.

"We're really going to focus on that physicality," Wotton said.
"We know Collingwood play a very physical game.
"So, if the girls aren't switched on and ready to hit it hard, it's going to be another tough week.
"I think this week at training, we're really going to try to drill that message into them."
