She is also no stranger to a winning culture, having become the first AFLW player to win 25 games. In her first season in the brown and gold, Ashmore finished fourth in the club’s best and fairest following averages of 12.2 disposals, 5.2 tackles and 2.8 marks. She backed that up with one of her best seasons yet in 2023, averaging 15 disposals, 3.8 tackles and 3.6 marks while playing on the wing and across half-back.
