Following an ANZAC Day defeat, Hawthorn will seek to improve its performance when the club faces a strong Melbourne outfit at the MCG on Saturday.
Melbourne enters the match as favourites being the only undefeated side in 2022, while Hawthorn currently sits on 3-3 for the season so far.
But the Hawks will look to square the ledger against the Dees, after the two sides played out a thrilling draw the last time they met in Round 18 2021.
James Sicily will play his 100th game on Saturday, becoming just the 144th player in Hawthorn's history to reach the milestone.
It will be a big day for Sicily, following the announcement this week that he will captain the club for the first time in Ben McEvoy’s absence.
Hawks youngster Jackson Callow will make his AFL debut, while rising defender Lachlan Bramble is set to return for his first game of the season following his pre-season injury.

Last time we met
Hawthorn (79) drew Melbourne (79) - Round 18, 2021
Playing in front of no crowd, the eerie game started slow for Hawthorn as they went on to trail by 27 points to the ladder leaders midway through the second term.
Despite the game seemingly being over for the Hawks, a late effort brought the margin to just one point moments before the third quarter.
A goal to Luke Breust in the final minute of play in the fourth term left the game finishing in a thrilling draw.
But it was arguably the Hawks that were more impressive on the day, taking it up to their highly rated opponents in a spirited display.
Prolific on-baller Tom Mitchell continued to rack up big numbers with 39 disposals and six clearances, while James Worpel and Jaeger O'Meara were also influential.
Our last game
Sydney (109) defeated Hawthorn (68)
The first game in Tasmania for 2022 started blissfully for Hawthorn, as it booted five goals before Sydney could even get on the board.
Despite the strong lead, the Swans rebounded in the second term, putting on an impressive display in the second half to storm home and win by 41 points.
Despite the loss, the standout Hawks included Tom Mitchell, James Sicily, Jack Scrimshaw, Jaeger O’Meara, Jai Newcombe and Dylan Moore.
Jacob Koschitzke led the Hawthorns’ goal scorers, kicking three for the match.
