Premiership forward Jack Gunston has been named to make his return in Sunday's Beyond Blue Cup against Collingwood at the MCG.
Gunston, who spent the last two weeks on the sidelines, has made a speedy recovery from an ankle injury sustained in Round 9 against Richmond.
Ned Reeves will also be welcomed back to the fold for the first time since April following a shoulder injury, while Jaeger O'Meara has recovered from hamstring tightness that saw him miss last week's trip to Darwin.
Kyle Hartigan rounds out the quartet of inclusions after a string of strong performances at VFL level with Box Hill.
Head of Football Rob McCartney said all four ins are welcome returns ahead of a big challenge against the Pies.
"Jack's earlier-than-expected return from injury is a testament to his commitment to his rehab program," McCartney said.
"Jack adds a lot of experience to our forward group, and we are thrilled to have him back.
"Ned has also shown a real determination during his recovery on the sidelines, and, having gone without a recognised ruckman last week, we're excited to have Ned back in the mix.
"Jaeger, meanwhile, has shown he's fully fit following some hamstring tightness and we expect him to play a valuable role in our midfield rotations this weekend.
"Finally, it's pleasing to have Kyle back for his second game this season, he's a player who competes strongly and provide valuable leadership to our young emerging group."
Sam Frost (suspended), Jack Scrimshaw (concussion), Denver Grainger-Barras (omitted) and Finn Maginness (medical sub) are the confirmed outs from the side that fell to Gold Coast in Darwin last week.
Along with playing for the Beyond Blue Cup, Sunday's match marks a special occasion for the brown and gold, with Luke Breust and Liam Shiels both set to celebrate their 250th milestone games.
