Hawthorn has included winger Kaitlyn Ashmore and defender Laura Elliott for its clash with Port Adelaide at Frankston Oval on Saturday night.
Ashmore returns to the side after experiencing hamstring soreness last week while Elliott has recovered from hip soreness.
Their inclusions come at the expense of Zoe Barbakos, who is out with concussion, and Dominique Carbone, who has been omitted.
Bec Goddard's side will be on the hunt for three straight wins in captain Tilly Lucas-Rodd's 50th AFLW game.
