The Board of Hawthorn Football Club has finalised the panel and process to fill the current vacancy of Football Director on the club’s Board.
Former Hawthorn player and life member Rayden Tallis has been co-opted onto the Nominations Committee panel to assist with this process.
Tallis is a familiar face to the Hawthorn faithful given his 163-game career that spanned over 11 seasons in the brown and gold.
Having also worked at the AFLPA for more than 17 years, the 47-year-old possesses strong football expertise as well as a broader understanding of the industry.
Tallis will join fellow Committee members in Ian Silk (Chair), Tim Shearer, Tanya Gallina, Geoff Harris and Lucinda Nolan.
With its first official meeting set to take place today, the Committee will now look to assess the candidates against a range of factors in order to determine its recommendation to the Board.
