Hawthorn has named its Round 16 team to face West Coast at Optus Stadium on Sunday afternoon, with one change being made to the side that defeated Richmond in Round 14.

Versatile Hawk Harry Morrison is set to line up for his first AFL game since Round 8 following a solid block of VFL form for Box Hill.

As mentioned in Thursday's squad release, veteran forward Luke Breust will be managed for Sunday's match.

Hawthorn Executive General Manager of Football Rob McCartney said Morrison had earned his AFL call-up.

"Harry thoroughly deserves his chance to play AFL," McCartney said.

"He's been performing solidly at VFL level for a number of weeks.

"The challenging part of that is that the AFL team has performed at a high level in that same period, so opportunity hasn't opened until this weekend.

"Harry brings significant versatility and valuable experience which will be beneficial as our young team embarks on an interstate trip."

Hawthorn goes head-to-head with West Coast on Sunday afternoon, with the game commencing at 2.40pm AWST / 4.40pm AEST at Optus Stadium.

The match will be broadcast on Fox Footy and Kayo Sports, with live coverage also provided via hawthornfc.com.au and Hawthorn's social media channels - InstagramX and Facebook.
