Star Hawthorn trio Dylan Moore, Massimo D’Ambrosio and James Sicily have been rewarded for their stellar seasons, having been selected in the 2024 All Australian squad.

This is Moore’s first squad nomination following a dominant season in brown and gold.

The Hawks co-vice-captain featured in every game in 2024 and is boasting career-best averages of 19.7 disposals, 7.3 score involvements, 5.2 marks and 4.2 inside 50s.

The 25-year-old also kicked 35 majors from his 23 appearances this year, ranking second in the club’s goalkicking, whilst mixing his time across the midfield, wing and forward line.

D’Ambrosio also earns his maiden All Australian squad selection, after making an instant impact on the wing since arriving at the club in last year’s trade period.

The 21-year-old was highly impressive in season 2024, averaging career-high numbers in disposals (20.8), marks (4.9) and score involvements (4.5).

He is also one of the competition’s highest rated wingmen, highlighting his consistency in his debut season with the Hawks.

For Sicily, it is his third All Australian squad selection in 2024 after the Hawthorn skipper broke through to claim his first blazer last season.

The 29-year-old is ranked elite in disposals (21.6), kicks (15.3) and handballs (6.3) and has stood tall in his 20 games this season, despite facing setbacks with injuries.

The final All Australian team of 22 will be announced on Thursday as part of the annual AFL Awards.
