Hawthorn congratulates Casey Dumont on signing with Perth Glory in the A-League Women’s competition for the 2024/25 season.
The 32-year-old will link up with Perth Glory following the conclusion of the Hawks’ AFLW season.
Dumont joined Hawthorn as a rookie recruit in 2023 on the back of being a three-time A-League Women’s championship player and also claiming the 2022 A-League Women’s Goalkeeper of the Year award.
Hawthorn General Manager of Football Operations Max Bailey congratulated Dumont on signing with the Glory.
“Having players compete in different sports at the highest level is an exciting part of the current landscape. We’re pleased to see Casey continue her journey as a dual-sport athlete with Perth Glory,” Bailey said.
“Casey has reiterated her desire to focus on football while our season continues and will join her new Perth teammates following the conclusion of the AFLW season.
“We will continue to support Casey while she continues to balance both sports.”
