Hawthorn has made three changes for this Saturday’s Week 7 against the West Coast Eagles in Frankston.

Midfield bull Mattea Breed, versatile veteran Louise Stephenson and exciting young forward Bridie Hipwell are the three inclusions to take on the Eagles.

The trio of omissions are the three players who sustained injuries in Sunday’s clash with Fremantle, Mackenzie Eardley in concussion protocol, while Laura Stone and Kristy Stratton are both nursing syndesmosis injuries.

Hawthorn General Manager of Football Operations Max Bailey detailed the three changes for this weekend’s match.

“It’s unfortunate to lose three players to injury, but it allows for Mattea, Lou and Bridie to return to the side.

“All three players offer something different to the make up of our side and we’re excited to see them all make important contributions."
