Veteran Hawk Shaun Burgoyne looks likely to end his consecutive game streak, after injuring his hamstring in Hawthorn’s win over Geelong on Monday.
Burgoyne had not missed a game since Round 18 2013, but according to Director of High Performance Andrew Russell, is now set for a stint on the sidelines.
“He will probably miss around three weeks,” Russell said.
“He doesn’t have a history of hamstrings, so we expect it to settle down well.”
