STAR forward Jack Gunston will play his 100th AFL match for Hawthorn on Saturday afternoon.
The three-time premiership player joined the Hawks at the end of 2011, after the club traded with Adelaide Crows for the then emerging forward.
Gunston was originally drafted by the Crows with pick 29 in the 2009 NAB AFL Draft, after playing his under-age football with Beaumaris, Haileybury, and Sandringham Dragons in the TAC Cup.
He played 14 matches for the Crows across 2010 and 2011, before returning to Victoria.
Since then, the 24-year-old has established himself as a vital player within the Hawks’ forward line.
Gunston has kicked 245 career goals – 225 of them as a Hawk – with hauls of 46, 58 and 57 across the Hawks’ premiership seasons of 2013, 2014 and 2015 respectively.
He has been an All Australian nominee in both of the past two years, was the club’s Best First Year player in 2012, Best Player in Finals in 2013, and the leading goalkicker last season.
