Hawthorn will be using it's second pre-season camp of the summer to complete its final block of a gruelling campaign.
The Hawks squad landed in Launceston on Sunday and will remain in Tasmania until Friday.
Youngster Harry Morrison said the camp has multiple functions.
"It's a bit of a mix of a performance camp as well as a bit of a community camp as well," Morrison said.
"When we're training I'm sure we will be working hard but it is also a good opportunity to get down here and get around the community and the kids."
Entering his fourth season on the list, Morrison will be looking to become a more consistent member of the senior side in 2020.
"I just want to play as many games as I can and solidify my spot in the side.
"But I'm not looking too far ahead, I just want to get to Round 1 and hopefully I'm around the mark."
The 21-year-old has played 31 games for the Hawks so far.
