THE AFL’s Match Review Panel has given the all clear to Saturday’s Grand Final win.
There were no charges laid to Hawthorn or Sydney Swans players and no incidents that required an explanation from the MRP when it released its finding on Monday morning.
Players from Hawthorn and Sydney Swans would have received double the penalty had they been found guilty of a reportable offence.
This is due to the fact the Grand Final as the showpiece match of the season, are subject to double penalties under the AFL Tribunal system.
The Hawks achieved back-to-back premierships in Saturday’s decider with a thumping 63-point win over the Swans.
