Early starts seem to be the flavour of pre-season camp in South Africa, with the players up again early on Saturday for a training session out on one of the ovals at Stellenbosch.

The players had breakfast at 6.30am before heading out onto one of the ovals for another gruelling training session that lasted just over two-and-a-half hours.

The coaching and fitness staff first focused on skills training before breaking into some game-play drills followed by more running sessions on a professional running track at the complex.

It's fair to say the players were exhausted after the session, which was conducted under the hot South African sun and headed to the beach for a recovery session to cool off.
