Hawthorn Football Club wishes to advise that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on December 13th, 2022.
The AGM will return to an in-person meeting to be held at the Hawthorn Town Hall. A Notice of Meeting will be sent to members on 18 November 2022 in accordance with the requirements of the club’s Constitution and the Corporations Act. Voting members will also receive information on how to vote in the upcoming election.
Five candidates have been nominated for the members’ consideration to fill the three director vacancies.

Two candidates have been nominated for the members’ consideration to represent the club as the President.

Further details and information on the AGM and election will also be available via the club website from Friday November 18.
The club has engaged CorpVote to conduct the election. CorpVote is an independent provider of voting and election services with experience in doing a number of Board elections, including AFL clubs. Voting materials will be provided to members directly from CorpVote. Voting shall commence on November 18 and close on December 9, three days before the AGM. The results of the election and the successful candidates will be formally confirmed to members at the AGM.
