Hawthorn’s Connor Macdonald had a standout game at Adelaide Oval in Round 20, earning himself a perfect 10 in the coaches votes in the 66-point victory over the Crows.

The 21-year-old collected a career-high 28 disposals and of those, had a game-high 14 score involvements and an equal game-high three goal assists.

Macdonald also managed two majors of his own, in the first and fourth quarters.

Also among the votes was Jarman Impey and Will Day, both with seven each.

Impey finished with 20 disposals as well as seven intercept possessions and six inside 50s and a goal to top it off.

In similar stats, Day also had 20 disposals and a goal off a step and sell from just inside 50. He managed a team-high 12 contested possessions and a game-high seven inside 50s.

Jai Newcombe also received three coaches vote for his performance, with a total of 22 disposals, nine contested possessions, seven score involvements and two goals.

Rounding out the votes was Mabior Chol with two. He finished with two majors, 17 disposals, eight score involvements and a game-high two contested marks.
