Three Hawks will return to the fold when the Hawks take on West Coast this Sunday, with exciting midfielder/forward Chad Wingard headlining the trio of inclusions.
Wingard returns after missing last week's loss due to soreness, and will be joined in the side by Dan Howe and Michael Hartley.
Tim O'Brien will be sidelined due to achilles soreness, while Finn Maginness has been omitted.
Head of Football Rob McCartney says the club is eager to bounce back following a disappointing result against the Saints.
"Chad brings a lot of versatility to our line up. His absence was felt last week, so we're looking forward to the injection of experience and polish he brings," McCartney said.
"Dan Howe returns off the back of a near best-on-ground performance for Box Hill, and Michael Hartley has been consistent all year and deserves another opportunity.
"Tim has presented with some soreness in his achilles this week so we won't take a risk with him, but we expect him to be available ahead of Round 9.
"We were disappointed with our output against the Saints, so the group is really keen to rise to the challenge that this week's clash against the Eagles presents."
The medical sub will be determined on Sunday out of the four emergencies Dylan Moore, Damon Greaves, Conor Nash and Josh Morris.
Sunday's clash will mark an opportunity for the club to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the 1991 premiership that saw the Hawks defeat the Eagles by 53 points, with premiership hero Gary Ayres to present the match ball.
