Hawthorn has been forced to make a late change as it prepares to take on Fremantle at UTAS Stadium on Saturday.

Blake Hardwick has withdrawn from the side today with hamstring tightness following Thursday’s training session. Damon Greaves will replace the defender.

“Unfortunately we've had to take Blake out of the side today after he pulled up tight from our main training session on Thursday,” Head of Football Rob McCartney said.

"Unfortunately it didn’t settle in time so we’ll do a further assessment early next week to determine when he’ll return to play.

“We’re confident Damon can come in and do a good job for us.”
